About Gamuki
An AI game studio in your browser: describe a game, watch an agent build it, then play it, share it or publish it.
Who runs Gamuki
I'm AJ, and online I go by LMG. I run AI with LMG, a YouTube channel about new AI models, AI image and video tools and vibe coding. Lately a lot of what I've tested on that channel has been games: fighting games, arcade games and small experiments, built with AI models for the art, the animation and the code. Gamuki is the tool I wanted while I was making them, built so anyone can do the same thing without stitching ten tools together.
Why it exists
Making even a small game used to mean learning an engine, drawing or buying every sprite, and spending weeks on menus and controls. AI models can now do a lot of that work, but they are scattered across different apps, and the results rarely fit together into something you can actually play. Gamuki puts the whole pipeline in one place: one conversation, one project, one playable build. The goal is simple: if you can describe a game, you should be able to play it the same day and send it to a friend.
How the studio works
- You describe the game. Type an idea in plain English: a genre, a setting, your own characters, or a style you like.
- The agent plans it. It writes a short plan (the characters, levels, controls and art style) and says what each paid step costs in credits before it runs.
- It gathers references. For characters and places it searches the web for reference images, picks the clearest one, and shows you which it chose and why.
- It draws the art. Each character gets a turnaround sheet first (front, side, back and a pose) so every later image stays on-model. Portraits, sprites, stages and covers are drawn from it, and an automatic check flags real mistakes such as extra limbs, cut-off figures or stray text.
- It animates and builds. Characters can be animated with AI video models, and the agent writes the game itself as a browser game you can play right away.
- You stay in charge. You approve each piece of art, ask for changes in a sentence, and can roll the project back to any earlier checkpoint.
Playing and publishing
Every game runs in the browser: no download, no install. When a game is ready, its creator can publish it to the Gamuki Arcade with its own page and play link, and can make it free or set a price. Players can play free games without an account. Building games needs a plan, which comes with monthly credits for the paid AI steps.
What we care about
- Honest costs. Paid steps are priced up front, failed steps aren't charged, and there are spending limits on every account.
- Respect for creators. Creators keep the rights to their own original work. We take copyright seriously and act on valid notices; see the copyright policy.
- Your data. We collect what the service needs and nothing to sell; the privacy policy lists exactly what and why.
